Momentum – Terms of Service (End User License Agreement)

Welcome to Momentum. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Momentum mobile application ("App") operated by Momentum Labs, Inc. ("we", "our", "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Momentum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the App.

1. Subscription and Billing

Momentum offers two auto-renewing subscription plans:

  • Momentum Yearly
    Price: $44.99/year
    Free Trial: 1-week free trial for new subscribers
    Subscription Length: 1 year
  • Momentum Monthly
    Price: $7.99/month
    Subscription Length: 1 month

Billing and Renewal:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate selected.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings after purchase.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity of the App.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit the App or any portion thereof.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the App are owned by Momentum Labs, Inc. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
